Government of Canada invests to bring high-speed Internet to 310 households in rural Ontario

Today, Adam van Koeverden, Member of Parliament for Milton, Ontario, on behalf of the Honourable Gudie Hutchings, Minister of Rural Economic Development, announced $123,400 in funding for two projects that will bring high-speed Internet to 310 households in rural areas near Flamborough and Limehouse, Ontario. New EV Chargers Coming to the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Region

Tribunal Finds No Injury—Oil Country Tubular Goods from Mexico

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today found that the dumping of oil country tubular goods, originating in or exported from the United Mexico States, has not caused and is not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping duties will therefore not be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. The complainants in this case were Evraz Inc. NA Canada, of Regina, Saskatchewan, and Welded Tube of Canada Corp., of Concord, Ontario.
