The Government of Canada has provided a total of $518.3 million under the Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) to Quebec for the 2021‒22 fiscal year. In addition, the Government is providing a total of $495.7 million as a top-up, calculated based on 2020-21 CCBF allocations. The funding will be distributed by the Government of Quebec to approximately 1125 communities through the Quebec gas tax and contribution program (TECQ) for 2019-2023.
