魁北克投资移民项目，一个加拿大移民项目允许国际投资者通过投资80万加币无风险来获得加拿大永久居留身份。该项目将在两个月之内重新开放。 魁北克投资移民项目QIIP是唯一一个不需要建立企业的投资移民项目，并且也是全球最受欢迎的投资移民项目，其很多优势都超过其他地区的投资移民。 首先，该项目没有试用期和条件阶段，只要成功申请就会获得加拿大永久居民签证。这一点使得QIIP和美国的EB-5不尽相同，因为EB-5的项目里面申请者必须要证明他们在两年之内创造了10个或以上的工作，对于QIIP魁北克投资移民项目并没有这个条件。 第二点，投资的80万加币是通过一个获得批准的金融中介提交。除此之外，该投资将被该金融中介担保返还。该投资是由魁北克省政府保证在五年后全部退还。 第三点， 申请者家庭的直接成员（配偶或者普通法伴侣和19岁以下的随同子女）也可以被纳入到申请中，这些家庭成员也将获得加拿大永居留身份。成功的申请者和他们的家庭成员也可以享受永久居民的福利，包括健康保险，免费公立教育，和就读世界一流大学。 最后一点但也是不能忽略的一点，QIIP魁北克投资移民不仅是一条通往加拿大永久居民身份的途径，也是通往加拿大公民身份和护照的通道。现阶段，加拿大公民身份要求是需要在六年之内住满四年，并且联邦政府旨在降低这个要求至五年里面住满三年即可。 申请要求 最低净收入 申请者一定要合法获得至少160万加币的净资产，该净资产可以是主申请者独自的也可以是和配偶或者伴侣共同获得。资产例如房产，银行账户，养老基金，股票和股权也可以被包括之内。 投资金额 申请人一定要意图居住在魁北克省并且签署投资协议同意投资80万加币获得批准的金融机构。申请者一定要和参与项目里授权的金融中介（金融代理人或者信托公司）签署投资协议书。这笔投资可以由中介机构资助。 管理经验 申请者一定要在过去的五年内获得至少两年的管理经验。该管理经验不仅局限于商业活动，也可以是国际组织，机构或者是政府机构。 准备是关键，准备是王道 即将开始的申请接受阶段将从2017年5月29日到2018年2月23日，将接收高达1900个申请案件。在其中，高达1330个申请案件将给于来自中华人民共和国（包括香港和澳门行政区）。 基于过去申请周期，QIIP魁省投资移民的接受名额将在预定结束期限内达到。因此，建议申请者要开始初期步骤-例如收集净资产证明文件和开始与有资质的资金中介接触-越早越好。 拥有中高级法语能力的人才将不受到名额限制，可以在任何时间提交申请。除此之外，他们的申请将给予优先处理。 大卫 科恩律师评论说：“无论对于讲法语和非讲法语的投资者来说，加拿大唯一一个不需要主动投资的投资移民项目重新开放这一通告都将是令人振奋人心的消息。这是一个真正独特的项目，该项目投资者将减少实际操作比起其他国家的其他项目。我建议希望申请者要首先开始预先步骤- 例如证明净资产和与有资质的中介接触–越早越好，来保证最大的成功率。” 想了解是否您将符合魁北克投资项目QIIP的要求，请今天在网上填写免费的在线评估表格。 © 2017 CICNews All Rights Reserved
