Tribunal Initiates Inquiry—Mattresses from China
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated a preliminary injury inquiry into a complaint by Restwell Mattress Co. Ltd., of Surrey, British Columbia, and the United Steelworkers, of Toronto, Ontario, that they have suffered injury as a result of the dumping and subsidizing of mattresses from the People’s Republic of China.
