Today, the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, the Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, on behalf of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities , the Honourable Catherine McKenna, along with the Honourable James Aylward, Prince Edward Island Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, announced that Prince Edward Island has received a top-up payment of $16.5 million in addition to its 2021–22 fiscal year allocation of more than $17 million through the Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF).
